We went with the mussels appetizer and this came with the most amazing sauce that we could not help asking. This reminded us of our last cruise ship Main Dining Room experience. We noticed that the waitstaff, many still with their cheese boards and bread, lined up along the walls around the diners, ready to assist. We were surprised to have a choice of several fresh breads, cheese cut for the table, and a range of succulent garlicky dips and spreads were also plated for us…this was even before the drink order was taken! We were sat in the second room, near the kitchen area. Both had amazing choices and at great prices. We had a choice of having the restaurant week menu or the weekly price fixe menu. Husband and I went to Il Mulino for the first time during restaurant week.
